21 Day Magïcal 

Join us as we embark upon our 21 day Mägïcäl Mïnd, Body & Soul Challenge!! 

No phones for the first 20 minutes after you wake up.

Week 1- When you wake up create with colors. (drawing, painting, coloring, sewing, etc.)

Week 2- Move you're body (listen to music, sing, stretch, headstands, etc)

Week 3-Plant based (no animal or animal products)

For the next 21 days we will focus on our mental health by learning about ourself on a deeper level.
